Refund Policy for My Quinces Expo
Effective Date: May 7, 2025

At My Quinces, we strive to provide a positive and fair experience for all guests, vendors, and partners. Please review our refund policy carefully before purchasing event tickets, merchandise, or reserving booth space.

 1. Ticket Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final.
We do not offer refunds for tickets purchased to My Quinces events, except in the following circumstances:

* The event is cancelled and not rescheduled
* You are denied entry due to overcapacity or an error on our part

If an event is postponed, your ticket will be honored for the rescheduled date. No refunds will be issued for scheduling conflicts or change-of-mind purchases.

2. Merchandise Refund Policy

We accept returns or exchanges on merchandise within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

* Items are in original condition, unused, and with all tags/packaging intact
* You have proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Non-refundable items include:

* Custom or personalized products
* Sale or clearance items
* Items damaged after delivery

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at info@myquincesexpo.comwith your order details.

Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we shipped the wrong product.

3. Vendor Booth Refund Policy

Vendors who reserve booth space for a My Quinces Expo showcase must adhere to the following cancellation terms:

* Full refund: Cancellations received 90 days or more before the event
* 50% refund: Cancellations received 60 days before the event
* No refund**: Cancellations made 30 days or less before the event

To request a booth cancellation, email info@myquincesexpo.com with your business name, confirmation number, and reason for cancellation.

No refunds will be issued for no-shows on the day of the event. My Quinces Expo reserves the right to reassign or remove booths due to non-compliance with event guidelines.

4. Force Majeure

My Quinces Expo is not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, public health emergencies, government restrictions). In such cases, we will do our best to reschedule or offer partial credits, but refunds are not guaranteed.
